By accessing or using Trenk ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Trenk. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Our free plan is genuinely free — no credit card required, no hidden charges. It includes 3 AI job matches per day, access to the resume builder, your personal card, and fast-apply features.
We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits in the future. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any changes take effect.
Trenk uses artificial intelligence to generate job match recommendations, resume suggestions, and other content. You acknowledge that:
You own the content you submit to Trenk — your resume, profile information, and preferences. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to provide and improve our service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not share your resume or personal profile with employers without your explicit action (e.g., you applying for a job).
The Trenk name, logo, website design, AI models, and all associated content are owned by Trenk and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our service without prior written permission.
Trenk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
Job listings sourced or aggregated by Trenk are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the conduct, policies, or hiring decisions of any employer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trenk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, on the free plan, is zero).
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you unless doing so would compromise security or is prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms as our product and legal requirements evolve. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of Trenk after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
